When you use the services provided by the Wireless Link APP, we will not only
provide you with the services in accordance with the provisions of the
“Wireless Link User Service Agreement”. But also abide by the legal, legitimate
and necessary principles in accordance with the “Wireless Link User Privacy
Policy” (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy"). Openly
express collection and use of your personal information.
Please
carefully read all terms of this Privacy Policy so that you can understand the
purpose, scope and manner of Wireless Link's collection and use of your
personal information. If you are a child, please review this Privacy Policy
with your legal guardian. You may use Wireless Link and provide your personal
information to Wireless Link only after your legal guardian has reviewed and
approved your privacy policy. If you or your guardian do not agree to anything
in this Privacy Policy, you should immediately stop using Wireless Link
products or services. When you use any of the services provided by Wireless
Link, you consent to us collecting, using, storing and protecting your

certain specific products and services. These specific products and services
will be subject to specific privacy policies.
(2) It should
be noted in particular that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the services
provided to you by any third party other than the information you have
confirmed to share with the third party as stipulated in Article 4 of this
Privacy Policy. Please note: If you provide personal information to a third
party when you visit its website or use its products and services, your
information shall be subject to the privacy policy of such third party, and we
shall not assume any legal liability. Please carefully read the privacy policy
of such third party and confirm whether you accept it or not.
2.How do we collect and use your personal
information
Personal information refers to all kinds of information
recorded electronically or by other means that can identify the identity of a
particular natural person or reflect the activities of a particular natural
person alone or in combination with other information.
Sensitive personal information refers to
personal information that, once leaked, illegally provided or abused, may
endanger personal and property safety and easily lead to personal reputation,
physical and mental health damage or discriminatory treatment. Personal
information of children under the age of 14 is personally sensitive.
The
products and services we provide rely on some of your information in order to
function. Therefore, when you use Wireless Link, you need to provide or allow
us to collect the necessary information so that we can use this information to
provide you with basic services and better and better services, depending on
the business function. We divide your personal information collected and used
into two types: first, the information necessary to realize the basic business
functions of products and services and the information that may need to be
collected. The information necessary to realize the basic business functions of
products and services is the necessary personal information. If you refuse to
provide it, we will not be able to provide the basic business functions and
corresponding services to you. The second is the information that may be
required to be collected for the extension of business functions. You can
choose whether to provide or authorize us to collect the information
independently. We will process the personal information based on your
authorization or the purpose necessary to realize the extension of business
functions you choose. If you refuse to provide, we will not be able to provide
you with extended business functions, but it will not affect your use of our
basic business functions.
(1)We will
collect and use your personal information for the purposes stated in the
following scenarios:
Each time
you open the Wireless Link APP, after obtaining your authorization, we will
receive and record the information related to the device you use, including the
basic information of the device. The following is the necessary information
collected by us: Device information, device model, software system version,
device time zone, device language, network information, screen size, country
code (for IOS only), and phone style (for Android only); Device ID information:
Device connection information: WIFI list, WIFI connection information, IP
address, Bluetooth information. After a printer is successfully connected to
the distribution network, the system obtains the basic information and IP
address of the printer so that it can send the command to test the printer.
Based on
the implementation of the service function, each service function may collect
your system permissions as follows:
Add
device: When you use the device search, connect and print function, we will
apply for your WIFI status, network status and Bluetooth permission to search
and connect to the printer. Due to the operating mechanism of the mobile phone
operating system, the system WIFI and Bluetooth functions will force you to
obtain the location permission. Therefore, after applying for the WIFI or
Bluetooth permission, we will apply for your location information, including
the approximate location and the exact location, so as to finally connect the
printer through WIFI or Bluetooth.
(2) Exceptions to prior consent:
Related to
the personal information controller's performance of the obligations stipulated
by laws and regulations;
Those
directly related to national security and national defense security;
Directly
related to public safety, public health or major public interests
Directly
related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment

to protect the life, property and other major legal rights and interests of the

obtain the authorization and consent of the person;

personal information involved is disclosed to the public by the subject of
personal information;
Necessary
for signing and performing contracts as required by the subject of personal

Necessary
to maintain the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided,
such as finding and handling faults of the products or services;
The person
who controls personal information is a news organization, and it is necessary
to carry out legitimate news reports.
(3) Anonymous
processing
For the information we collect from you, we
will be timely anonymized through technical means. On the premise of not
disclosing your personal information, we have the right to analyze, mine and
utilize the anonymized user data, and the right to make statistical analysis of
the usage of Wireless Link products and use it for possible third-party
information sharing.

(1) We
will treat your information with a high duty of care, and unless we have
obtained your express consent, we will not share your personal information with
any company, organization or individual other than our Company, except where
the specific individual cannot be identified and cannot be recovered after
processing. Currently, we seek your consent to share personal information.
Based on
technical requirements, Wireless Link apps need to integrate with third-party
software development kits (SDKS). The information to be collected or shared
with the integrated third-party SDK is as follows:

We will
only share your personal information for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific
and explicit purposes. We will sign strict confidentiality agreements with
companies, organizations and individuals with whom we share personal

instructions, this policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security
measures. The recipients of the information have limited access to your information
and are subject to contractual obligations. Including but not limited to the
use of legal and compliant ways to obtain your information, take reasonable
security measures to protect your information, in accordance with the legal
provisions and our agreement to bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.
For some open source, free partners appear if the disclosure of your
information and other violations of your personal rights and interests, we
assume the corresponding responsibility.

will not illegally sell or provide your information to others; We will not

with services related to the Wireless Link Platform or other network services,

by laws and regulations.

Respond to your request
For security purposes, you may need to provide
a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may ask you to verify
your identity before processing your request.
We
will give the reply within 15 working days or within the time limit stipulated
by laws and regulations.
For your reasonable request, we will not
charge you in principle, but for repeated requests that exceed the reasonable
limit, we will charge you a certain cost according to the situation. We may
reject requests that are unnecessarily repetitive, require too much technology
(e.g., development of new systems or fundamental changes to existing
practices), pose a risk to the legitimate interests of others, or are highly
impractical (e.g., involving information stored on backup tapes).
Under the following circumstances,
according to the requirements of laws and regulations, we will not be able to
respond to your above request:

information or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the
authorization and consent of the individual;
Responding to the request of the personal
information subject will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and
interests of the personal information subject or other individuals and
organizations;
Those involving trade secrets.
6.How do we store your personal information
（1）Personal
information collected and generated by our operations within the territory of
the People's Republic of China shall, in principle, be stored within the
territory of the People's Republic of China, and shall be stored within the
storage period stipulated by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic
of China, departmental rules, etc.
（2）
Storage Period is the duration of your use of Wireless Link or before sending
Wireless Link to delete your personal information, when you request to delete
the stored information or decide to stop using Wireless Link, we will delete
your personal information in a timely manner. You will retain your personal
information only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes set forth in
the Privacy Policy, unless retention is required by law. For example, the
E-commerce Law of the People's Republic of China requires that commodity and
service information and transaction information be kept for no less than three
years from the date of transaction completion. We will anonymize the user
behavior logs involved in the service. The criteria for judging the
aforementioned period include:
Complete the transaction purposes related
to you, maintain the corresponding transaction and business records, and
respond to your possible inquiries or complaints;
Ensure the safety and quality of services
provided by the Platform;
Whether you agree to a longer retention
period;
Whether there is any other special agreement
on the retention period.
（4）If your
personal information exceeds the retention period, the Company will delete your
personal information or anonymize it according to the requirements of
applicable laws (if you are a minor, after the retention period of your
personal information, we will process your personal information according to
the requirements of relevant laws and regulations). If it cannot be deleted
according to relevant requirements due to special circumstances, we will
explain this part to you.
7. How do we protect your Personal Information
（1）We
attach great importance to the security of your personal information. We
endeavor to take all reasonable physical, electronic and administrative
security measures to protect your personal information and use our best
reasonable efforts to prevent your personal information from being disclosed,
damaged or lost, including but not limited to SSL, encrypted information
storage, and data center access control. We also strictly manage employees or
outsourced personnel who may have access to your personal information,

account number or password has been or will be leaked for any reason, you

in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, we will timely
inform you of the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident,
the disposal measures we have taken or will take, the suggestions you can
independently prevent and reduce the risk, and the remedial measures for you,
etc. We will timely inform you of the relevant information by email, letter,
telephone or push notification. If it is difficult to inform individual
information subjects one by one, we will make announcements in a reasonable and
effective manner. At the same time, we will also take the initiative to report

by the existing business entity and we will notify you by announcement, short

8.Protection of minors

you are a minor under the age of 18, please read this Privacy Policy carefully
under the guidance of your guardian, and use our services and submit your
personal information with the consent of your guardian. If your guardian does
not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should immediately stop using Wireless
Link's services and refuse to provide personal information.

you are a minor under 14 weeks of age, please inform your guardian to jointly
read and accept our Wireless Link User Privacy Policy and seek your guardian's
consent and guidance before you use Wireless Link services and submit personal
information.
（3）For children's
personal information collected with the consent of the guardian, we will only
use or disclose such information to the extent permitted by laws and
regulations, and the guardian's explicit consent or protection of the child
users. For personal information provided by children users without the consent
of their guardians, we will delete relevant information as soon as possible
after receiving the notification from their guardians.

We may revise this Privacy policy from time to
time. The changed Privacy Policy will be notified to you via the Wireless Link
Platform or by other appropriate means before the changes take effect. In such
cases, by continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the revised
Privacy Policy.
10. Dispute jurisdiction
The signing, effectiveness, performance and
dispute resolution of this privacy policy shall be governed by the laws of the
People's Republic of China.
Any dispute arising out of this Agreement
shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached
through negotiation, such dispute shall be submitted to the competent court at
the location of the Company for settlement.
